Glintium POS pushes each sale's exact amount to the bank terminal you already have, through Linkly — the payments link used by Australia's major bank terminals. Glintium POS is a Linkly-accredited point of sale. Nothing gets re-keyed, and Glintium never touches the money: your terminal takes payment at your own bank rates, exactly as it does today.
A Linkly-connected EFTPOS terminal from your bank (most Westpac, CBA, NAB and ANZ terminals are), your Linkly Cloud username and password — your bank or Linkly provides these when EFTPOS integration is enabled on your merchant facility — and the Glintium POS app signed in on your till.
Ask your bank to enable "Linkly Cloud" (also called PC-EFTPOS) integration for your terminal — it's a standard request; tell them you're connecting Glintium POS, an accredited Linkly POS. Linkly's list of supported banks and terminals is at linkly.com.au/resources-support/bank-terminal-support.
On your EFTPOS terminal, open the pairing function — it displays a short pair code. (The menu name varies by bank; it's usually under settings or functions, or your bank's terminal guide shows it.)
In the app: Today → Card terminal. Enter your Linkly username, password, and the pair code from the terminal's screen, then tap Pair terminal.
That's it. From now on, tapping Card at charge time sends the exact amount to the terminal; the customer pays there and the till records the result automatically — including refunds back to the card.
The charge screen automatically falls back to the manual flow — you key the amount on the terminal yourself and tap "Payment taken", the same as an unpaired till. Your shop can always trade.
Pairing is per till, to the terminal beside it. You can unpair anytime from the same screen, and pairing again takes the same two minutes.
